She stepped forward towards the railing of the skyscraper and peered down. The world seemed so small from sixty stories in the sky. The cars that usually honked and contained angry drivers that shouted at each other now looked like small flashing bugs in the nightlife of New York. The pedestrians that walked through the streets with little or many cares in the world were barely visible and seemed like specks placed all around a colorful canvas. Some confused and wandering, others well aware of their surroundings hoping to get home in time for their Christmas meals.
